Federal Way Public Schools Hosts Second Annual CTE Scholar Showcase
The event highlights student innovation, hands-on learning, and college and career readiness
WHAT:
Federal Way Public Schools (FWPS) will host its second annual CTE Scholar Showcase, a district-wide event celebrating the innovation, creativity, and career-readiness of FWPS scholars enrolled in Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. The evening will feature student-led exhibits, live demonstrations, interactive workshops, and a special pitch event by student entrepreneurs.
Highlights include:

Biomedical science demos: DNA taste testing, fingerprinting, medical suturing

Flight simulator experiences and drone obstacle course demonstrations

Visual arts gallery: Graphic design, pottery, painting, and more

Construction workshops led by Pre-Apprenticeship students

Final business pitches from student teams in the INCubator Entrepreneurship Program (4–6 p.m.)
