News Release
Stolen dog has been located and returned to her family. - 01/05/22

During the morning of January 4th, 2021 a black 2017 Jeep was stolen in the City of West Linn. In the Jeep was the family dog, “Pepper”.  West Linn Police case #22-000078.

The evening of the 4th, two residents of SE Portland reported finding a loose dog near Foster Road and contacted Pepper's family from a phone number on her collar.  The parties agreed to meet in SE Portland where Pepper was reunited with her family.  West Linn and Portland Police were present to assist and confirm Pepper was uninjured and in good health.

At this time there is no further information on the stolen black 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Oregon license 417 KGE, or any suspect information.
