YMCA Opening Outdoor Pools May 25th: Monument Valley And Wilson Ranch Pools Will Be Open To The Public -05/23/25

Colorado Springs, CO—The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region is excited to announce that the Monument Valley and Wilson Ranch outdoor pools will open on Saturday, May 24th, for the 2025 summer season! 

Thanks to a partnership with the City of Colorado Springs, the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region is in its 13th year of operating these two city-owned outdoor aquatic centers. The partnership continues to provide the community a place for families to have fun together and empower people to be healthier in spirit, mind, and body. 

YMCA Members and nonmembers can purchase passes to access the outdoor pools. Wilson Ranch's hours of operation are Monday through Sunday, 10:00 am—6:00 pm; Monument Valley's are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am—6:00 pm; and Sunday, 12:00 pm—6:00 pm. 

Each pool will have one lap lane, and 2.5-hour block scheduling will again be implemented should a pool reach capacity. Similar to last season, a fast pass line will be offered at Wilson Ranch Pool for anyone who has purchased a pool pass.

Seasonal, monthly, and day passes for the pools are available, and early bird pricing is in effect until the end of the day on May 23rd. All pricing and information on frequently asked questions are available on the YMCA website at https://ppymca.org/membership/pool-pass.
